In our life ,adhesive is widely used , such as advisement / labels / marks , but finally it is very difficult to remove it , now there are some method for removing it .we have to use the different method based on different material for the adhesive tape .here are some method for choosing :
1. Hair dryer heating offset printing – Turn the hair dryer on to the maximum heat, blow the tape trace for a while, let it soften slowly, and then use a hard eraser or soft cloth to easily wipe off the offset print.
Scope of application: This method is applicable to articles with small tape traces and long offset printing time, but the articles should have enough heat resistance.
2. Method of removing adhesive with essential balm:
The place with adhesive shall be completely soaked with essential balm and wiped off with dry rag after 15 minutes. If the dirt is difficult to remove, you can extend the soaking time of balm essence, and then wipe it hard until it is clean.
3. Method for removing adhesive from vinegar and white vinegar:
Dip white vinegar or vinegar with a dry dishwashing cloth and completely cover the labeled part to make it fully soaked. After immersion for 15-20 minutes, use a dishcloth to gradually wipe along the edge of the adhesive label.
4. Method for removing adhesive from lemon juice:
Squeeze the lemon juice onto the hands with adhesive dirt and rub it repeatedly to remove the adhesive stains.
5.Medical alcohol immersion offset printing -Drop some medical sprinkling essence on the surface of the imprint and soak it for a while. Then wipe it off with a soft cloth or paper towel. Of course. This method can only be used if the surface of objects with adhesive tape traces is not afraid of alcohol corrosion.
6.Method of removing adhesive with acetone
The method is the same as above. The dosage is small and thorough. The best thing is that it can remove these residual colloid very quickly and easily, which is better than sprinkling essence. These two methods are solvents, and they are the best of all methods.
7. Remove the adhesive with banana water
It is an industrial agent used to remove paint, and it is also easy to buy (where paint is sold). The method is the same as alcohol and acetone.
8. Nail washing water removes offset printing -No matter how long the history and area of offset printing is, just drop some nail polish remover used by girls to clean nail polish, soak it for a while, and then wipe it with a paper towel to ensure that the surface of the article is as clean as new. But there is a problem. Since nail polish remover is highly corrosive, it cannot be used on the surface of articles that are afraid of corrosion. For example: painted furniture, laptop case, etc. Therefore, it is very useful to use nail polish remover to remove the traces of adhesive tape, but we must pay attention to protect the items with traces from corrosion
Scope of application: Offset printing is used on the surface of articles that have a long time, large area, are difficult to clean, well and are not easy to be corroded
9. Method of removing adhesive with hand cream
First tear off the printed products on the surface, then squeeze some hand cream on it, and slowly rub it with your thumb. After a while, you can rub all the adhesive residue off. Just slow down. Hand cream belongs to oil substances, and its nature is incompatible with rubber. This feature is used for degumming. The material is easy to find and convenient to remove the residual glue.
10. Eraser erases offset printing – we often used this method when we went to school. Wipe it with an eraser. The rubber crumbs can just stick the glue marks down
Scope of application: It is used for small areas and new traces. It is useless for large and accumulated traces of tape.
